Shipping policy

Minimum Order
To place an order for shipping to North America, a minimum order of €75.00 per shipping address applies.

Shipping Areas
We ship to all states in North America, except Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska. Unfortunately, we cannot process orders to these locations.

Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please do so before August 1st. Address changes cannot be processed after this date.

Shipping Period
All packages are shipped in October. For orders to the United States, delivery can be expected after mid-October. We cannot guarantee earlier delivery, so please plan accordingly.

Shipping Method
All packages are shipped with FedEx.

Tracking and Delivery
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order online.

Important Notes
Please order in time to ensure your bulbs arrive for the planting season.
Delivery times may vary depending on local customs procedures and weather conditions.
